You have questions and your coaches have answers. Here are some of the most common questions and answers to help you get started.
What if I am not sure or have a question before signing up for training?
If you have any questions, use the website search box and if you can’t find your answer use the contact form. We will be very happy to talk with you and answer your questions or concerns. We want to make sure you are making the right decision for you.
What if I am too slow or too fast?
We have years of experience turning walkers into first time runners and helping speedy runners break their PR and qualify for Boston. Runners of all ability levels are welcome and actively supported at Good Fit. For new runners, we are happy to walk with you as you build up your strength. For crazy fast runners, we are happy to cycle alongside providing feedback & support. It doesn’t matter if you lead the pack or tend to be in the back of the pack, we look forward to helping your running.
What if I am injured, sick, or something unexpected happens?
Life rarely goes according to plan. If something unexpected happens we can temporarily suspend your training until you are ready to restart. Any unused portion of your services can be refunded to your account.
When I join, how long will it take to receive my training plan?
After you join and complete the participant intake questionnaire, we will schedule an appointment for your Runner’s Assessment. Within 3 business days of the Assessment, you will be emailed your training plan including any training notes & instructions.
What if I don’t want to race? Can you still help?
We are here to help all runners. If you just want to become a better runner for your own personal enjoyment, we can help. We serve a wide variety of runners including many runners that do not like to race or be competitive. We want to help you be a better runner and you can use your improved running skills however you desire.
What payment types do you accept?
We use PayPal, which accepts most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Your payment is securely handled via PayPal to protect your credit card information. For your convenience we use recurring payments, so you don’t have to bother logging into Paypal each month. Payment is due before training begins.
What is your refund policy
If you are unable or no longer wish to continue for any reason, we will refund you for any unused services. You must email us to request a refund. Refunds are usually processed within one business day. If we have already sent out your training plan, or conducted the running class, or held the group training, or performed any service before you contact us to request a refund, we will be unable to offer a refund for the services that have already been conducted.
What is needed to participate?
Besides obviously paying for the service we also require all participants to sign a WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION. This is mandatory before we can start any service or training.
